Classes run on a fixed weekly slot, so a term of lessons is generated once. When one lesson has to move, you change that lesson alone and the rest of the series is untouched. Attendance is recorded per lesson, per student, so the record always sits against the right date.
Tutors prepare lesson notes, handouts and homework for their own classes. Teaching material is access-controlled: enrolled students can read it inside ClassHub, while the tutor’s resources stay protected and are invisible to anyone outside that class. A tutor’s work stays the tutor’s work.

Reviewed factorising quadratics and introduced the discriminant. Students completed worked examples 1–8.
Students complete homework on an iPad or capture paper work with the app’s built-in scanner and submit it in the same step. Submissions land in the tutor’s queue for marking, and released results and feedback appear straight back in the student’s portal.

Every released result, attendance record and piece of tutor feedback is visible to the student’s guardians as soon as it is published, alongside invoices and remaining credits. Routine “how is she going?” questions answer themselves.

Strong improvement in working accuracy. Next focus: showing complete reasoning.
Families buy lesson credits; ClassHub records which lesson consumed each one. Invoices are generated from that same record and accept full or partial payment, so the centre and the family are always looking at the same account history.
Track lesson credits, balances and payments.
Payroll reads the lessons that were actually held and totals each tutor’s hours at their own rate, so a pay run is generated rather than assembled by hand. Rates and pay details are visible only to Manager and Admin staff. Included from the Growth plan up.
