What is ClassHub?
ClassHub is tutoring centre management software that connects class scheduling, attendance, homework, prepaid lesson credits, invoicing and family portals. It supports private tutors, online tutoring, multi-class centres, music schools and art centres.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a 7-day free trial with full access to every feature.
Do students need an iPad or iOS device?
No. Students and tutors can work from the web portal or the iOS app. On an iPad, students can complete homework directly or scan paper work with the built-in scanner and submit it in one step.
Can parents follow their child’s progress?
Yes. Guardians get their own secure sign-in with a view per child — attendance, released results, tutor feedback, invoices and remaining credits — with one login across several children.
How does billing work?
Families buy prepaid lesson credits, and ClassHub records which lesson used each one. Invoices are generated from that same record and accept full or partial payment.
Is my centre’s data kept separate from other centres?
Yes. Each centre’s data is isolated by tenant, and protected teaching resources stay access-controlled so they are only visible to the enrolled class.
How much does ClassHub cost?
Plans start at A$19/month (ex GST) and scale by students, tutors and storage. Tutor payroll is included from the Growth plan up.
